|Jared Mondschein is from Melville, NY and earned his B.S. in chemistry from Union College in 2014. While there, he studied organic-inorganic nanocomposites via atomic force microscope in the lab of Professor Michael Hagerman. He also spent a summer at Colleges of Nanoscale Science and Engineering at SUNY Polytechnic in the lab of Nathaniel Cady studying the symbiotic relationships of various bacteria species. |
Jared is currently a graduate student in the Schaak group at Penn State University, where he is studying Earth-abundant catalysts for electrochemical reactions.
